Home Builder Credits Cox Media for Continued Success
A home builder wanted to increase their interest list and drive potential home buyers to their new community in California. The client was looking to target a more affluent audience, as the homes were priced in the upper $600’s.
Digitally, Cox Media utilized a combination of geo-fencing, website retargeting and keywords to reach the consumers who were in the market for a new home. We measured online and offline conversions, using a pixel on their website and by placing a geo-conversion zone at the sales office/model homes of the community.
The campaign delivered 750,000 impressions that resulted in a high click-through rate and generated more than 450 conversions. After reviewing their Google Analytics reports, the client shared that Cox Media was one of the top online referral sources in terms of traffic - ahead of organic and direct. Consistent branding among all screens resulted in strong engagement as users completed over 80% of the ads served.
