Local Assisted Living Facility Increases Potential Resident Calls
A local New England assisted living facility was looking to increase the occupancy rate at both of their Rhode Island locations. They were struggling with tracking leads from the traditional advertising media they had been using for years. They specifically were looking to reach women 55+ with high incomes.
In the original meeting, we discussed opportunities to reach the client's target audience on their phones in the Rhode Island area, and target healthcare professionals to help increase their external professional referrals. Our creative services department created an example of how to incorporate both locations - and highlight their skilled nursing business.
After the first month, they started to see activity in the form of phone calls. The campaign produced results well higher than industry benchmarks and over a two month period, the business received more than 22 calls. The client has now expanded their campaign to an additional location in Massachusetts.
